Procedure to change the Password of your AllcatClaims email account.

Step 1) Log on to the Outlook Web Access using your username and password from https://mail.allcatclaims.com/exchange

Step 2) Say YES to the Security Alert.

Step 3) Click on OPTIONS

Step 4) Click on CHANGE PASSWORD

Step 5) In the pop up window enter the following:

-Domain field is left blank

-Account is your LOGIN name

-Your old password and followed by the new password

Then click OK.

Your password is now reset. Check your password by Login in from the main page.
