Brooks Wilson
Brooks Wilson serves as the Director of Cat Operations – USAA. Mr. Wilson was selected for this position because of his long-standing relationship with USAA and substantial experience and familiarity with USAA’s claims processing procedures and policies. As the DCO, Mr. Wilson has operational control over the USAA account and directs and manages all personnel assigned thereto. Mr. Wilson is a graduate of the University of Texas and has over 22 years of claims adjusting experience. For the past seventeen years, Mr. Wilson has been an independent adjuster performing adjusting services for USAA. In that capacity, he has adjusted claims for a variety of catastrophe events across the United States, concentrating on large losses. Mr. Wilson has been employed by Southwest Business Corporation as a property claims supervisor for Lloyds of London. In this position, he processed residential and commercial property claims in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. Mr. Wilson also owned and operated a construction firm in the metroplex. Mr. Wilson’s first adjusting experience was with Farmers Insurance Group where he was a property claims adjuster from 1980 until 1985. Mr. Wilson is licensed by the State of Texas (Fire, Allied Lines, Inland Marine) and the National Flood Insurance Program. He is certified by USAA (all types), State Farm and Farmers and by Florida Windstorm. |
